    LaForce is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Global Brands Team which specializes in consumer packaged goods, consumer technology, spirits, lifestyle, quick service restaurants and athletic brands.  In this position you will be responsible for daily management of client programs as well the day-to-day communication with clients.  This individual will need to operate with a high degree of independence and demonstrate consistent strategic thinking across programs and team management.  Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of agency experience in QSR, CPG and food & bev.

    Description

    LaFORCE is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for C-Suite executives.  This role requires strong organization and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Support the Executive in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities
    • Maintain the Executive’s schedule including calendar management and setting up/ confirming all meetings
    • Make necessary preparations for upcoming travel, including hotel and flight accommodations
    • Process expenses, track invoices, maintain internal databases and documents, etc.
    • Assist with general office administrative duties such as organizing client lunches and meetings
    • Coordinate executive’s events as necessary; responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating invite list, invite distribution, RSVP management, coordination of tasks leading up to event and day-of support
    • Depending on role, potential to help with team operations
    • Assist with new business decks (strong PowerPoint experience a must)
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
