    LaFORCE is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for C-Suite executives.  This role requires strong organization and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Support the Executive in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities
    • Maintain the Executive’s schedule including calendar management and setting up/ confirming all meetings
    • Make necessary preparations for upcoming travel, including hotel and flight accommodations
    • Process expenses, track invoices, maintain internal databases and documents, etc.
    • Assist with general office administrative duties such as organizing client lunches and meetings

    -Provide computer hardware (PC and Mac), software (Windows 10, 7, Mac OSX Mojave, Office 2013 thru 365), mobile support and troubleshooting for all personnel.

    -Active Directory administration and general familiarity with Microsoft Exchange (2010-365).

    -Familiarity with Sharepoint Libraries, OneDrive and sync support is a plus

    -Familiarity with Windows Server Group Policy

    -Responsible for daily maintenance of network hardware (Server 2008-2016)

    -Coordinate installations and upgrades, including computers and software, and rollout of new hardware and training.

    -Efficient and effective troubleshooting on all technical issues

    -Software instruction, including onboarding/ orientation for employees

    -Hardware maintenance and warranty tracking

    -On-premises VOIP phone support

    LaFORCE offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do. We are seeking self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic candidates who will gain invaluable experience and practical industry knowledge.

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: media monitoring, assisting with press clippings, updating contact lists, research projects, qualifying media lists, managing product requests/samples. Interns will participate in Lunch and Learns with senior level team members and may also engage in departmental creative/ brainstorming sessions, help in the planning process and work at agency events (if possible), as well as other relevant tasks depending on team assignments.

    -The 2020 Spring Internship program will commence on Monday, January 27, 2020 and will run until Friday, May 1, 2020.

    -Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, with a 1-hour lunch break.

    -The internship is open to college students and college graduates and therefore there are part-time and full-time opportunities.  Part-time interns must be able to commit at least 2.5 days to the program to be considered.
